Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BioPay mobile application. By creating an account or using BioPay, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Georgia to use BioPay. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@biopay.ge. You may not share your account with others.
3. Face Pay
Enrolling in Face Pay authorises BioPay to authenticate payments using your facial biometrics. You may unenroll at any time from the Face Pay screen. You are responsible for all payments authorised by your face. BioPay is not liable for transactions authenticated by your facial data in circumstances outside our control.
4. Payments
BioPay facilitates payments between your linked bank cards and participating merchants. We do not hold or transfer funds. Payment disputes must be resolved through your card issuer. BioPay may investigate reported disputes at its discretion.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use BioPay for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes
- Attempt to bypass security controls or reverse-engineer the app
- Enrol another person's biometrics without their explicit consent
- Use the app in a manner that could damage or overload our systems
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
7. Limitation of Liability
BioPay is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Georgian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
